Our client seeks a Territory Manager (TM) to expand market presence and deliver revenue growth across their comprehensive product portfolio. This role focuses on cultivating strong business relationships and identifying strategic opportunities within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can leverage technical expertise to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Execute territory growth strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
  • Provide technical consultation and support to clients via multiple communication channels
  • Deliver timely solutions aligned with customer objectives
  • Position the company's product portfolio as the preferred choice

Strategic Territory Management:

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and opportunity tracking
  • Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers across all product lines
  • Create and implement comprehensive territory business plans
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and principals to manage territory objectives
  • Demonstrate leadership aligned with company values

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma (Instrumentation/Electrical) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in technical sales and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success in solution-based selling
  • Excellence in project management and multi-tasking
  • Results-driven with strong self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000
  • Commissions/bonuses ranging from $25,000 to $60,000 annually
  • Benefits package (including extended health, dental and assistance) RRSP matching
  • Vehicle mileage reimbursement
