Your Mission
Build the industrial market for premium telehandlers across Greater Vancouver. You'll be converting warehouses, manufacturers, and logistics companies from forklifts and skid steers to more efficient material handling solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Business development: Build new business through consistent outreach, including calls, site visits, and prospecting within construction and industrial environments
- Territory management: Develop and manage your region using a structured, long-term approach
- Value-based selling: Help customers understand the long-term return of higher-performing equipment
- Solution consulting: Conduct site visits, assess material handling needs, and propose tailored equipment solutions
- Relationship building: Develop long-term partnerships with procurement managers, operations directors, and business owners
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years outside B2B sales with proven territory development experience
- Hunter mentality: You create opportunities rather than wait for them
- Track record of success: Top 3 performer in current role with verifiable quota achievement
- Resilience: Comfortable with 4-6 month sales cycles
- Premium product experience: You've sold value, not just price
- Professional presence: You command respect walking into any facility
- Valid driver's license and comfort with daily field work
What You'll Earn:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Commission Structure: Industry-leading commission plan plus quarterly bonus potential
- Year 1 Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000
- Year 2-3 Earning Potential: $150,000-$250,000+ as territory develops
- Comprehensive Benefits: Extended health & dental, RRSP program
