On behalf of our client, an industry leader in manufacturing industrial equipment, we are recruiting a Remote Regional Sales Manager (RSM). This key position, reporting to the Canadian National Sales Manager, will be instrumental in expanding market presence across Mining, Water & Wastewater, and Industrial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic growth initiatives and delivering customized solutions that drive revenue and profitability in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, including meeting monthly targets and executing growth-aligned objectives
  • Lead weekly forecast reviews and provide comprehensive updates to executive leadership while maintaining accurate reporting systems
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple channels, including aftermarket teams, field service personnel, distribution partners, and key stakeholders
  • Implement cross-functional sales strategies through collaboration with marketing, technical, and leadership teams
  • Conduct field visits and deliver technical presentations while representing the company at industry trade shows
  • Develop and execute strategic account frameworks while monitoring market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Optimize CRM usage and maintain detailed documentation for all sales activities, expenses, and client interactions
  • Contribute to long-term business planning, including budget development and market expansion strategies

Qualifications:

Compensation Package:

  • Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
  • Industry-competitive base salary of $95,000 to $115,000
  • Performance-based commission structure $30,000 to $100,000
  • Car Allowance and mileage reimbursement
