Regional Operations Director – Greater Vancouver
Great operations aren't built by doing everything yourself. They're built by developing strong leaders, creating alignment across multiple teams, and ensuring strategy is executed consistently.
We're conducting a confidential search for a Regional Operations Director to join an established and growing organization. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching leaders, improving performance, and creating accountability while building a collaborative, high-performing culture.
You’ll work closely with an experienced executive team to help shape the next phase of the business. Rather than managing the day-to-day details, your focus will be on strengthening leadership, removing roadblocks, improving execution, and helping teams perform at their best.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Reporting to a senior executive, you'll provide leadership across a large regional operation through a team of experienced operational leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Champion continuous improvement, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while fostering collaboration and accountability.
What Success Looks Like:

- Elevated leadership capability through coaching and accountability.
- Strengthened operational performance by removing barriers and improving execution.

- Experience leading Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, or General Managers.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience using KPIs and operational metrics to improve business performance.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
- A calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
Industry experience is an asset, but exceptional leadership matters more. We're looking for someone who knows how to build strong teams, develop leaders, and consistently deliver results through others.
The Leadership Style That Thrives Here:
This role is best suited to someone who:
- Leads through influence rather than command and control.
- Builds trust while creating accountability.

- Thinks beyond their own department and collaborates across the business.
- Takes ownership and follows through.
- Brings humility, curiosity, and sound judgment to every situation.
If your first instinct is to ask, "How can I help?" rather than "Whose responsibility is this?" you'll likely thrive in this environment.
Why Consider This Role?

You'll have the opportunity to influence how the business operates, strengthen an already capable leadership team, and play a meaningful role in the organization's next phase of growth.
