The Regional Business Development Manager will establish a strategic direction for sales representatives and distribution channels to increase market share. Reporting to the Western Canada Sales Director, this role requires developing project tracking systems and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The position focuses on managing long-term, year-over-year growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers
- Attend industry events and meetings
- Present products and solutions to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and report insights to management
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies
- Attend relevant trade shows and functions
- Utilize CRM software for contact and project management
- Create and maintain project tracking logs
- Travel as needed to manage assigned territory
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant products, applications, and systems
- Willingness to expand product knowledge and understanding of competitive offerings
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to manage large territories
- Excellent prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package Includes:
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, with the opportunity to exceed this range based on experience.
- Commissions/bonuses ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 annually
