The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep knowledge of the mining industry who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth for a specialized product line across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in the mining industry, especially related to mine tailings facilities.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles, from first contact to closing high-value deals.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address wastewater and evaporation challenges for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

What You Bring:

  • A proven record of success in B2B sales, ideally within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Experience and a strong network in mine tailings management, water treatment, or mineral processing.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and business development skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales strategies and influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
