Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for an Architectural Representative to join our client's dynamic commercial sales team in Vancouver. This is your chance to combine technical expertise with relationship building while making a real impact in the commercial roofing and building envelope industry. You'll be based in Vancouver and travel throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, connecting with the Design Community and promoting cutting-edge products.
What You'll Do:
- Hunt for new opportunities and develop relationships at architectural and design firms
- Stay ahead of the game by monitoring specification portals for upcoming projects and generating leads
- Lead engaging product training sessions like lunch and learns
- Build lasting relationships with key product specifiers and decision makers
- Network at association events to promote commercial and building envelope products
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years in a related position or technical sales experience
- College diploma as an Architectural Technologist or in Construction preferred
- Strong motivation and flexibility - you should thrive on both detailed research work and face-to-face relationship building
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that make complex topics easy to understand
- Valid driver's license and enthusiasm for traveling throughout your territory
What You'll Earn:
- Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $85,000
- Annual performance bonus that rewards your success
